Mission Statement

Established in 1981 as a full-service independent insurance agency, Providence Insurance Agency has since grown to serve clients throughout North Carolina and the Southeast.

In addition to being an involved, responsible corporate citizen, our mission statement includes the basic principle of providing our clients with quality insurance products and value-added service. To accomplish this task, we utilize innovative marketing and service techniques which are designed to respond to the changing needs of the marketplace.

As an independent insurance agency, we represent a carefully selected group of financially sound, reputable insurance companies, We do not work for an insurance company; we work for our client. Our objective is to maximaze both premium value and cost containment for our clients' benefit and to assist in the prompt equitable settlement of our clients' claims.
