Account Management

Each Providence client is assigned an Account Manager, who serves as the day-to-day contact for that account. Our Account Managers are licensed insurance agents responsible for our clients’ renewal negotiations, managing open enrollment, resolving plan administration issues and assisting our clients’ HR Departments with employee issues.

Our Account Managers are experts in employee benefits and they work closely with our clients to understand their culture, strategic goals, and communication issues. We get to know your team and your employees and can help make sure that each part of your benefits program runs smoothly and achieves your desired objectives.
